Dreadful vets only available two days a week, never answer phones, no emergency facilities. Veterinary surgeons very amateurish, poor treatment , receptionist not helpful.

Park vets (Hayes) said we needed to give our 13 year old GSD continual medication for multiple issues and they 100% helped her. They requested a check up and said they would not give any more tablets as they could affect her long term health (13 year old GSD and they're worried about long term ....... ) they wanted us to sign up for various treatments saying £100 for this and £100 for that and told us to change her food . During the check up we mentioned a possible ear problem and a test was required (£30.00). Results....... she has a problem with her ear and further tests required.... next test...... £100.00... hhmmm.. its so sad to see our dog suffering while we find another vets... Its Disgusting that park vets put money over pet welfare. I think the lack of response to so many negative reviews says everything.... wonder if they even bother to look....

Can’t believe it’s only open two days a week now… getting an appointment is impossible. I’ll be going elsewhere now. Vets should be open at least 5 days a week… In response to the reply from Park Vets saying other branches are open other days and longer : I can’t get to the other branches. The reason I book for the Hayes branch is because I live within walking distance of it. I’d like to know why they’ve decided to only open in two days a week. It’s not good enough.

Lovely friendly practice, both vets and receptionist. My hamster hurt himself on the way home from another one of their practices and they saw him immediately no problems at all.

My labradoodle managed to get hold of a fruit cake. Knowing raisins can be fatal for dogs I rushed him down to Parkvets despite not being registered with them as they were much closer than our usual practice. I arrived quite anxious and the receptionist and vet were fantastic in calming me down and helping really quickly with treatment.
