I am extremely disappointed with the way my cat’s case was handled. My family has raised her since 2023, and when I contacted Andersons Veterinary Surgery, I was told that a cat matching her description had been brought in. However, instead of helping to reunite her with her family, I was later told that she had been given to the person who brought her in, and that the clinic could not share that person’s details. What hurts the most is that I feel there was more concern about keeping the finder’s identity confidential than about helping the cat return to her rightful owners. We have searched everywhere and contacted several animal charities, but we still have no idea where our beloved cat is. This has been extremely distressing for our whole family, especially our children. I understand that there are rules regarding personal information, but I strongly believe that more could have been done to help reunite our cat with her family. We are deeply disappointed with how this situation was handled.

Have been coming here for a few years now and honestly the best vets I’ve been to. For my cat/dog and rabbits my vet is highly skilled and knowledgeable. All of my animals are happy to come in and never stressed or scared, my vet also caught cancer early on in my cats eye and we was able to get it removed before it spread. Very thankful and highly recommend, prices are also very reasonable.

After a bad experience with another local vets, we were understandably anxious about our cat Ted needing surgery. From the moment we came here, the care, compassion and professionalism shown by the entire team was outstanding. Ted’s surgery was a success, and we are so incredibly grateful for the skill and dedication of everyone involved. We felt supported and reassured every step of the way, and it made such a difference during what was a worrying time.
