Medivet Bromley (The Laurels Vets) is part of the Medivet group. Based on the information available, the practice covers routine preventive care (vaccinations are specifically mentioned) and offers access to 24-hour emergency care via one of Medivet’s 24-hour centres (with overnight consultation fees applicable between 7pm and 9am). Reviews repeatedly describe appointments where vets explain options without rushing, and there are also mentions of a monthly plan that helps owners keep on top of vaccinations and check-ups. One review raises a specific complaint about vaccination booster scheduling leading to an owner being told they would need to restart the course and pay again.

I left this practice for a vet closer to home, thinking convenience would be better — but I was wrong. After returning, I was reminded just how friendly, attentive, and caring the entire team is. They genuinely put my cat first, take the time to explain options, and never make you feel rushed. On top of that, they’re far more cost-effective than the other practice. I never should have left and I’m so glad to be back. Highly recommend to any pet owner.

I visited the practice, with my Chihuahua, to have a consultation with Babis Koffas Cardioligist. I have seen Babis on several occasions over the years and not only is his knowledge unrivaled he is the kindest man. I'm eternally grateful to have someone so wonderful taking care of my precious girl.

Called to see if they could tell the sex of 2 kittens for me. Felt welomed without having to commit to registering. I'm still looking into the cost side of things, but they made a great first impression. Thank you!

If I could give no stars I would , my dogs were having their yearly jabs we had one then told they need a second booster as it’s a new type of vaccine but has to be done after 4 weeks went straight to reception to book the booster they gave me the appointments only to be told when I arrived that it’s to late and I’d need to start again. Not my mistake they gave me the appointments so why should I pay again! The vets reply cancel the other appointments when u leave …unbelievable! No apology no nothing 21 years I’ve been with this surgery but I’m now looking for a new vet this is not the 1st time since medivet has taken over they’ve cheated me out of more money than is necessary

Our cocker spaniel Gus had a routine vaccination appointment (2yrs +) although he is at a really wriggly stage he was carefully supported and unfazed by his visit. His tail is still wagging, thank you.
