Excellent communication and care. I've been coming here with my cat for 4 years now, every single experience was amazing. I was reassured, listened to and all of my questions were answered. The consultants are really lovely. Especially Jessica who saw my cat yesterday.

We have been so impressed with Neighbourhood Vets in Penge. From the moment we walked in, the whole team made us feel welcome and cared for, and they have been absolutely brilliant in looking after our lovely lurcher. Emma, in particular, has been outstanding — so kind, caring and professional, and she took the time to make sure both we and our dog felt completely at ease. It’s such a comfort to know our beloved dog was in safe and capable hands to the end, with people who clearly love what they do. The communication has been excellent, the advice always clear and thoughtful, and the level of care second to none. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Neighbourhood Vets to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate and professional veterinary practice.

I have been with these vets for around 7 ish years and they have been fantastic from the start to the finish(moving home hoping to find a vet this good) I had to take my cat in for his foot and they were very transparent about the cost, the care what could have happened to cost and of course what the problem and now my cat has received brilliant care and gonna be running around in no time again They offer great services to make your time go smoothly like the pet health club which includes things like health check, flee and worm treatment, vaccinations and others things for a good price monthly and saves time and your in and out swiftly. Everything at this vet is run so effectively and smoothly it's a very calm environment the staff are all brilliant and I appreciate all the work they have done over the years. The vets always do brilliantly with my cats. I would 100% recommend this vet.

An excellent practice with a team who really care and go above and beyond. We have seen 3 or 4 vets over the years and the quality has never slipped. Everyone has taken the time to explain our options and never made us feel like the care is secondary to the money. Highly recommend this practice and the whole team.

I cannot thank Orla and the vets enough for their exceptional support during what was a very emotional time for us. Although we sadly lost Wilfi, their kindness, understanding, and dedication shone through every step of the process. Orla went above and beyond, sacrificing her day to ensure Wilfi received the care he needed and that we had the opportunity to see him before he passed, which meant the world to us. The effort they made and the quality of service they provided was truly remarkable, making a difficult experience more bearable through their compassion and professionalism. We are deeply grateful to Orla and everyone on the Penge team for their unwavering commitment and the genuine care they extended to us. Wilfi would have been proud. Thank you. Very good vet (took my rabbit for spaying), good staff all very friendly and attentive. Treatment prices are competitive and they're right on the high street so very accessible. Had loads of follow up calls to check-in to see if my rabbit was okay, so very good after care service. Would recommend.

I rang today as I’m dog was in a lot of pain…. Nadia was amazing so helpful and kind. They manage to get the grass seed out of Rio ear ……. Nadia was so attentive the vet I think was Daniel was lovely to. You can get nervous when going to the vets because you worry will they say you need stuff that you don’t etc, but wasn’t the case here at all didn’t feel rushed took there time talked me through foods etc for Rio. Definitely my vets now. Nadia thank you again you was brilliant
